6. Custom and Personalized Items

Custom or personalized items cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective. Please double-check all custom orders before submitting.


7. Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
